A tramp（流浪者） went to the door of a farmhouse and said to the woman who was woricing，"Could you give me something to eat for my dinner She said，"I will, if you saw（锯） this wood.” And she stopped sawing the tree trunk with her husband. The tramp said
“wel, give me dinner first.”So the woman gave him his dinner, he ate it and then got up and said，“ I'm going now."”“ But you promised to saw the wood for me if i give you dinner. " said the woman.
Oh, no, "said the tramp, you saidI will give you a dinner if you saw it'， Well, i did see the trunk and so i got my dinner and i know now clearly about it. And they each quarrelled for their reasons.
